Since 2013, Black Girls Golf has been on a journey of empowerment and transformation. We believe golf has the power to change lives and empower the next generation of leaders. Together, we can redefine the landscape of golf and inspire women and girls to believe in their potential on and off the course.
Black women face systemic barriers in corporate America, including underrepresentation in leadership roles and a significant pay gap. Learning to golf can provide networking opportunities, build confidence, and foster a sense of community, helping to overcome these challenges. Together, we can empower Black women to achieve their full potential.
Did you know that less than one percent of the golf industry's workforce comprises Black women? Despite their incredible talent, Black women face significant underrepresentation in the golf industry at every level. There have only been 8 Black women who have played on the LPGA Tour, highlighting the urgent need for support and opportunities within the sport.
