Black Girls Golf Foundation for Diversity & Inclusion is a 501(c)(3) organization. Our mission is to create a more diverse and inclusive pipeline into careers in the golf industry. We do this through a partnership with Clemson University. We host teen golfers from all over the U.S. for a week-long immersive experience on the campus of Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.

>1%
African American women make up less than 1% of the golf industry's workforce. By providing a world-class golf curriculum, that builds golf skill, confidence, and leadership the BGG Foundation can change the face of the industry.
During the week-long experience students:
- Receive hands-on golf instruction
- Experience playing a championship golf course
- Participate in abbreviated PGA Professional Golf Management Program
- Learn leadership and team building.
Students stay in the dorms and experience what it's like to be a Clemson student. They spend time bonding with other girls who are often the only African Americans on their golf teams.
The BGG experience is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for them to form relationships with girls who have a shared experience.
